1. HOT AIR TEMP: Display the temperature of hot air.
2. BEAN TEMP: Display the temperature of beans inside the drum.
3. TIMER: Display the heating time.
4. POWER: Press the button to turn the power.
5. HEATING: Press the button to turn on the gas and auto-ignition combustion, before pressing the heating button, must make sure the gas valve at the front of the roaster is off.
6. TIMING: Press the button, start timing; press again, stop timing.
7. COOLING: Press the button, the cooling fan start exhaust.
8. MIXING: Press the button, mixing motor will drive the mixing blades.
